What is included in every Pulse membership?

Every membership, including the €69 Off-Peak tier, includes the whole club. There is no separate wellness tier and no recovery surcharge:

  • The full Technogym floor — cardio, strength and a functional zone with TRX and kettlebells
  • The indoor pool
  • The Finnish sauna
  • The steam room
  • The jacuzzi
  • The relaxation room
  • Private lockers and rainfall showers
  • The Admiral’s Landing, the members’ lounge over the harbour

The training floor is a full Technogym installation in Meteor Black — a Multipower guided barbell rack with Olympic bars, urethane dumbbells in 4–22 kg pairs, and Selection 900 and 700 stations. You can see it room by room on the experience walk-through.

What is the difference between Off-Peak, All Access and VIP?

Off-Peak, €69 a month, gives you the club between 10am and 4pm — the quiet middle of the day, when the floor is calmest.

All Access, €99 a month, gives you every opening hour, 7am to 9pm, seven days a week.

VIP, €149 a month, is All Access plus one expert massage by Carisma Spa every month.

The gym floor, the pool, the sauna, the steam room, the jacuzzi, the relaxation room and The Admiral’s Landing are the same in all three.

What time is Pulse Wellness Club open?

Pulse Wellness Club is open 7am to 9pm, seven days a week. All Access and VIP members can train at any point in that window. Off-Peak members train between 10am and 4pm.

What is the founding membership?

The first 20 members join as founding members at €99 a month, held at that price for life, with a Tanita body-composition scan and a wellness consult on joining. See the founding membership.

Is membership at Pulse limited?

Yes. Membership is intentionally capped to protect the space and keep the floor usable at 6pm. Once the club reaches capacity, new applicants join a waitlist and we get in touch the moment a place opens.

Where is Pulse Wellness Club?

Pulse Wellness Club is at the Grand Hotel Excelsior, Great Siege Road, Valletta, Malta — an 8-minute walk from Valletta City Gate and the Valletta bus terminus. Full directions, transport and parking are on the location page.

How do you join Pulse Wellness Club?

You can join online in about three minutes: choose a tier, enter your details and read the membership terms. If you would rather see the club first, request a tour and we will walk you through the floor, the recovery suite and The Admiral’s Landing at your own pace.
