Inside Pulse Wellness Club: the gym, indoor pool and Finnish sauna at the Grand Hotel Excelsior
The training floor at Pulse Wellness Club in Valletta is a full Technogym installation in Meteor Black: a Multipower guided barbell rack with Olympic bars, urethane dumbbells in 4–22 kg pairs on a two-tier rack, and Selection 900 and 700 stations for chest, shoulder, leg press, pec and leg curl. The recovery suite adds an indoor pool, a Finnish sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi, all included in every membership from €69 a month.
The club is at the Grand Hotel Excelsior, Great Siege Road, Valletta — an 8-minute walk from Valletta City Gate — and is open 7am to 9pm, seven days a week. Scroll to walk through it.

What equipment does Pulse have?
The floor is Technogym throughout, in Meteor Black. Every membership includes all of it — there is no separate strength, cardio or recovery tier.

What are the Pulse membership tiers and prices?
Three tiers: Off-Peak at €69 a month, All Access at €99 and VIP at €149. Every tier includes the full Technogym floor, the indoor pool, the Finnish sauna, the steam room, the jacuzzi, the relaxation room and The Admiral’s Landing. The club is open 7am to 9pm, seven days a week.

The first 20 founding members join from €69 a month, held at that price for life, with a Tanita body-composition scan and a wellness consult on joining.
