Join Pulse Wellness Club — Valletta, Malta
Joining Pulse Wellness Club takes about three minutes, online, on this page. You choose one of three membership tiers — Off-Peak at €69 a month, All Access at €99, or VIP at €149 — enter your details, read the membership terms and sign. Every tier includes the whole club: the full Technogym floor, the indoor pool, the Finnish sauna, the steam room, the jacuzzi, the relaxation room, private lockers, showers and towel service, and The Admiral’s Landing members’ lounge. Pulse is at the Grand Hotel Excelsior, Great Siege Road, Valletta — an 8-minute walk from Valletta City Gate — and is open 7am to 9pm, seven days a week.

What are the Pulse membership tiers?
There are three. They differ on price and on the hours you can train — the club itself is the same in all three, with one addition at VIP.
Off-Peak, €69 a month, gives you the club between 10am and 4pm — the quiet middle of the day, when the floor is calmest. All Access, €99 a month, gives you every opening hour, 7am to 9pm, seven days a week. VIP, €149 a month, is All Access plus one expert massage by Carisma Spa every month.

What’s included in every tier?
Every membership, including the €69 Off-Peak tier, includes the whole club. There is no separate wellness tier and no recovery surcharge:
- The full Technogym floor — cardio, strength and a functional zone with TRX and kettlebells
- The indoor pool
- The Finnish sauna
- The steam room
- The jacuzzi
- The relaxation room
- Private lockers, showers and towel service
- The Admiral’s Landing, the members’ lounge over the harbour
The training floor is a full Technogym installation in Meteor Black — a Multipower guided barbell rack with Olympic bars, urethane dumbbells in 4–22 kg pairs, and Selection 900 and 700 stations. Pulse is an open gym: there is no class timetable and no booked session to miss. You can see the rooms in order on the experience walk-through.
How long does joining take?
About three minutes. The application below runs in six short steps and nothing in it needs preparing in advance:
- Three questions about your hours, your interest in monthly massage, and what you are here for. They suggest a tier; they do not decide it.
- Your tier, confirmed. The suggestion is pre-selected and you can change it to any of the three.
- Your name, email, phone and when you would like to start.
- The membership terms, read and signed with your full legal name.
- Payment, where a tier has a live plan — otherwise the desk arranges it with you directly.
- Confirmation. We come back to you to agree your start date.

What are the membership terms?
These are the terms you read and agree to in the application, in full and unedited:
- Membership
- Your membership gives you access to Pulse at the Grand Hotel Excelsior, Valletta, for as long as your membership is active. The club is open 7am to 9pm, seven days a week. All Access and VIP may come at any time; Off-Peak membership admits you between 10am and 4pm, and a session you begin inside that window may be finished.
- Payments
- Membership runs month to month. Your monthly rate is agreed when you join, collected in advance, and stays as agreed for the life of your membership.
- The club
- Pulse stays calm because members keep it that way. Treat the space, and each other, with care, and ask at the desk whenever you need anything.
- Your agreement
- Once we confirm your start date, your personal membership agreement arrives by message for its formal signature, and a copy is kept safe with us.

Where is the club, and when is it open?
Pulse Wellness Club is at the Grand Hotel Excelsior, Great Siege Road, Valletta, Malta — an 8-minute walk from Valletta City Gate and the Valletta bus terminus. The club is open 7am to 9pm, seven days a week. All Access and VIP members can train at any point in that window; Off-Peak members train between 10am and 4pm. Is membership limited?
Yes. Membership is intentionally capped to protect the space and keep the floor usable at 6pm. Once the club reaches capacity, new applicants join a waitlist and we get in touch the moment a place opens. Applying does not charge you anything — the desk confirms your start date before your first payment is taken.

How much is gym membership in Malta at Pulse?
€69 a month for Off-Peak, €99 for All Access and €149 for VIP. All three include the whole club — the Technogym floor, the indoor pool, the Finnish sauna, the steam room, the jacuzzi, the relaxation room, private lockers, showers and towel service, and The Admiral’s Landing. Yes. The application on this page takes about three minutes and is the whole of the online step. Once the desk confirms your start date, your personal membership agreement arrives by message for its formal signature, and a copy is kept with us.
Do I have to answer the three questions?
No. The three questions exist to suggest a tier, not to gate the form — you can choose your own tier at the next step, or arrive on a tier directly from the pricing links on the membership page.
Is there a minimum contract?
The membership terms you sign say that membership runs month to month, and that your monthly rate is agreed when you join, collected in advance, and stays as agreed for the life of your membership.
